Remote Support Services consist of three major components, a High Speed Internet connection, a TPCS provided firewall, and remote control software on each of your workstations.

TPCS will provide the hardware and software for the setup except for the Internet connection. If you do not have an existing ISP, we will arrange a suitable provider base on your needs and budget.
