Total PC Source typically charges a one-time setup fee of $50 for the firewall and $10 for each workstation. Also, there will be a monthly subscription fee of $30.

Our rates are already lower compare to industry average. For on-site support, there is a 1 hour minimum and after that we charge on a 30 minutes increment.

With Remote Support Services, there is no minimum and we charge on a 15 minutes increment. In other words, certain workstation and server issues can be resolved as little as $15 and $21.25, respectfully.
